Complete Desktop Computers
Check this out. The array of possible configurations is mind boggleing. You can have just the desktop, or include a monitor, or keyboard or change the hard drive to fit your needs for a Custom CPU. But be aware, we need to review your order as sometimes we run out of a particular part. If you can't put together what you want here, then drop me a line with what you want and I'll find another way to build it for you. It takes about a week to build and ship your computer to most anyplace in the US. Orders outside the US will take longer and cost more due to the distance and customs regulations.
Quick-Ship Desktop Computers
As the name implies, these computers are ready to ship very quickly, usually within 24 hours any listed configuration is ready to ship. Many times it goes out the same day if you order early enough. These are our most popular configurations and when you look at the price you will understand why.
All in One Computer/Monitor
Face it folks, desktop real-estate is the most expensive and in-demand real-estate in the world. Not everybody wants to give it up to a desktop computer, and you need more monitor and power than you get in a laptop. Your All in One computer may be the perfect compromise for you. With its multi-touch sensitive screen it is a perfect fit for many homes and offices. Order yours today!
Jetbooks (laptop computers)
It seems to me that laptop computers are taking over the computer world. Looking at the price, performance and utility of these computers it is no wonder. I am especially proud of our offering of computers. This lineup of computers is better than anything I have ever seen in a "Big Box Store". We have standard laptops that can be had with up to 3 years of warranty, including accidental superdamage, like being run over by the car in the driveway and you can even have the shipping fee covered if you want.
The ruggedized "D" models are very tough and resilient even in the out of doors and the model R130S is the toughest of the tough. It is built to military grade standards and is suitable for use in the harshest of environments. If you want a professional grade computer instead of the typical big box store laptop then you have come to the right place. Check out the laptops today.
Netbooks
What can I say about netbooks? They are small, ultra light and easy to carry about with you. But there is a trade-off. The little atom processor will work its heart out for you, but it just isn't up to autocad or large databases or spreadsheets. But if all you need is email and internet access on the go, then by all means these little guys might be the right fit for you.
Tablet PC
Tablet PC's are best suited you if you like to read books, or want to set up a large screen GPS system or want to do inventory control tasks. They can be very inexpensive with Atom processors, or they can be much more useful with Intel multi-core processors. Take a careful look at the configuration before you buy. I really like the multi-touch screen on these tablets.
Workstations
If this were a tire sales company I'd say this is where the tire meets the road. Unlike their desktop, laptop, and server cousins workstations are very high end computers where most business work is conducted on this planet. Autocad, high end bookkeeping, orbital balistics and madelbrot sets defined to the 24th power are just a few of the high end work products these computers can do each day. If you need to wait for your computer to do a specific job, you probably need a faster computer. These workstations are as fast as they come.
Pedestal Servers
If your company does computer work that requires a server for fewer than 100 employees you probably want a pedestal server. Servers are kind of like card dealers at a poker game or officers in the military. They don't need to be the fastest or the smartest, but they need to be reliable. They don't do a lot of work at once, they do a small amount of work all of the time. Thus they are not as expensive or as capable as a workstation computer. They are built to stay cool, do the job correctly day in and day out, year after year. Check out these pedestal computers and you will see what I mean. Reliability is what you need most in a server computer. Save the speed and power dollars and put them into the workstations.
Rackmount Servers
Intel Rackmount Servers:
SuperMicro Rackmount Servers:
If you have more than 100 employees using your corporate network you probably should consider moving away from a pedestal server and into a rackmount server setup. It will consolidate all your server functions into one relatively small footprint.
Together with our partners at Intel and Supermicro we can supply you with the servers and the local maintenance services needed to keep them up and running for years of troublefree and reliable use.
Data Storage
Servers
Data Storage Servers are really just computers that serve as a life support system for a bunch of hard drives assembled in a raid array. This server just sits on the network and allows authorized users to put data on and take data off the hard drives.
Data Storage Systems
You can tell it is a data storage system when you look inside and the motherboard and all is missing. In essence this is just a rack mounted case, a raid controller and power supply. It hooks up to a computer just like any other external hard drive and serves up data on command.
JBOD Storage
I don't know what JBOD stands for so I go with what it is. "Just a Bunch Of Drives" has the same acronym so lets go with that. It is just a bunch of drives, pretty much any size will do, and the drives are cobbled together to make what looks like one big drive to the network.
Modular Server Chasis
Modular Server Module
Kind of like a blade server chasis but with lots of drive space as well. These boxes allow you to congregate a bunch of drives and server computers in a very small rack mounted area.
Blade Server Enclosures
Blade Server Modules
A blade server setup allows you to concentrate a bunch of server computers into a small rack mounted space.
